7:30 - wake
8:15 - breakfast = 3 egg muffins (egg, zucchini, spinach, ground turkey)
11:45 - lunch = ribs, small serving green beans (Spring Creek)
4:00 - snack = macadamia nuts
5:30 - workout (5 sets 3 front squats 65-75-85-90-95)
7:45 - dinner (2 chicken breasts, avocado, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower)
