5:30 - wake
6:30 - breakfast = 1HB egg, 4 slices chicken breast
11:30 - lunch = fajita steak on bed of lettuce with pico and salsa
4:00 - snack = celery & almond butter
5:30 - workout = 3 sets 5 deadlifts, 3 rds 10 tire flips, farmers carry
8:00 - dinner = 2 chicken breasts, avocado, mixed veggies
