Day 5

9:00 - wake
9:30 - two mile walk with Charlie
10:30 - breakfast = 3 scrambled eggs
1:30 - lunch = 6 oz sirloin, broccoli, carrots, squash
6:30 - snack = macadamia nuts
7:30 - dinner = 1.5 burger patties, mustard, lettuce, onions, tomato
