9:30 - wake
11:00 - workout = 5 sets 2 cleans, 1 jerk, 10 rds 10 KB swings @ 44#
1:00 - lunch = slices of chicken breast, nuts
6:00 - dinner = 3 Paleo Czech Meatballs, spinach w/red onions sautted in olive oil
7:00 - herbal tea
