Day 20

8:00 - wake
9:30 - 10:30 - nap
11:00 - workout = 3 mile easy walk with Charlie
12:00 - lunch = four scrambled eggs
4:00 - snack = chicken breast slices, celery with almond butter
6:30 - dinner = talapia crusted with almond flour, coconut, cooked in coconut oil, mixed veggies
